Gud Day is owned by Chris Coley and David Hussey, he is leased to Racing Enterprises Limited. This lease expires 1st April 2013.
Gud Day has been registered to run under the syndicate name of "The People's Horse".
In registering for club benefits of The People's Horse you acknowledge that this does not grant you any ownership rights in Gud Day, including, but not limited to, the right to receive any prize money or breeding fees, to have any influence on the races that Gud Day will be entered in or will run in, or any influence on where Gud Day will be trained. The aim of The People's Horse promotion is to promote racehorse ownership and British horseracing and offer benefits of ownership through competitions and prize draws but it does not in itself give rise to any formal ownership of Gud Day or any other horse.
